I have been doing some research around health and healthy aging lately. I am coming upon another birthday and getting deeper into my 40’s.

This has lead me down an educational path of learning how to extend life, health and my youthful appearance.
My important things in life are great skin care, taking solid supplements, eating more nutritionally complete/less junk (even things you would think are healthy but are not) and exercise. Last item to include is mental health and that is a workout all by iteself.
