So I look at myself in the mirror most days 🤣 and have a good grasp on where my body sits in the fat:muscle ratio.
I’m working out this morning doing a booty blaster workout and I dropped my head down during one of the butt burners.
Oh the horror!!!!
There was a pooch of fat that was just kinda “hanging around” while I was doing the donkey kicks!
Hahahaha so I’m thinking to myself, yep, that is why we are here enduring this German model’s intense booty blaster on YouTube!!!
Also thinking to myself, why does this only show up like this when I’m working out? I’m thankful it doesn’t stick out like this when living life because I don’t like the way it looks.
Then I remember all this anatomy lessons while I’m trying not to die. “This is just superficial fat. That stuff that sits between your skin and your top muscle layer. of course it’s kinda hanging there when you’re working out. “ Ah HA!
Then I moved on to “DAMN this workout is tough!”
