When you are striving for greatness, sometimes you have to take a step back from everything that is not work related to focus in on the tasks needed to get your crap together.
I have been revamping my businesses and incorporating more structure components to it. I would like to take each piece of the business and hand it to someone to handle. My job as the owner is to do high level, high dollar value items. I should not be doing the day to day to keep the lights on.
Over the last year I have learned:
Your company needs a mission and vision statement.
You need to record the steps of each task you do from the beginning of building your business. It will be your training manual later.
You must know where you’re wanting to go so you can plan how to get there
Track everything that is trackable. Know your business inside and out and hold people accountable, even if it is yourself.
Find the right people for the job.
I haven’t been too active on my media channels as of late due to business development.
I’m excited for the future and what I will be able to share with you guys!
