Little bit of healthy

Hey Guys!

Sorry got a little caught up in my day yesterday and didn’t get a chance to post my day.

Brief recap:

Food:
My Mocha shake was breakfast (loving this flavor!)
I had a grilled chicken sandwich for lunch with about 10 sweet potato fries.
Even though it seems healthy, my body didn’t like it much. I felt like I had a rock in my stomach for a while. I guess that is what you get for eating one way that is good for you and then going back to the stuff that is heavy and not so good for you.
I cheated and had a couple of pizza squares for dinner.

Overall my calorie consumption was not terrible, but my choices in food weren’t the best. I have accepted that and today is a new day 🙂

As far as exercise goes, we worked out in the yard yesterday and I did a bunch of running around while doing that so I didn’t do the traditional workout.

Today is a new day! I have started it off right. I have had my shake with strawberries blended in and I also ate a banana. That’s breakfast..

I am going to fit in a little bit of calisthenics today.

Workout:
Push Ups
Sit Ups
Mountain Climbers
Jumping Jacks
Squat Kicks
Lunges
The thing that you do when you are jumping from side to side like you are skating…(don’t know the technical name for those, lol)
Donkey kicks
and whatever other way my body feels like moving.

I figure I will do 30 min of exercise during the day today. It’s about getting off the booty and doing something to build a little strength up and some endurance. I am not training for anything at the moment so the only specific goal I have is shaping my body and feeling great!

I am going to take 10-15 minutes today to sit in peace to reflect on the good fortune I have been given. I am healthy enough to do my workouts, fortunate enough to be involved in a company that provides guidance and great products that I can share, and for this website that allows me to journal my adventure and share it with you!
