I am working on my plan for fitness and health to go along with the nutrition plan I have.
Here is today’s dose:
Coffee is my breakfast usually everyday. Not everyone needs to be a breakfast person. I know popular belief is that breakfast is the power meal for the day but it never works for me to eat first thing! After years of trial and error, I have found that if I start my day eating, I spend the rest of my day eating as well. My body searches out food if I eat right when I wake up. I have been up for a few hours now and have not eaten. I am not hungry at the moment so why ingest the calories if my body isn’t asking for them?
I will have one of my shakes for “breakfast/lunch” probably an hour from now because that is usually when I get hungry. The shake will give me the nutrients I need and will help me through the afternoon until late lunch time.
Workout of the day: Butt time!
Donkey Kicks
Fire Hydrants
Side Squats
Knee to elbow to full extension
Lunges
regular Squats
Jump Squats
Lunge to Front Kick
Squat Side Kick
Lying Butt raises
Lying Leg bridges.
Then finish with as many crunches as you can do and as many push ups as you can handle to get the rest of the body into it.
This is part of the workouts I have done in the past to maintain the nice tight booty I had. KEYWORD: HAD!
We all may have some times in our lives that we have let things slip. Good new is , with work and dedication to your goals you can get it back! Your muscles remember what it is like to be firing at 100%. They can get back there in no time with a little effort. Insert Cliche saying here: A habit only takes 21 days to form so stick with me for a month and together we will get there!
Lunch:
Mixed green salad (Spring Mix, Cherry Tomatoes, 1/8 of a cucumber chopped, 4 whole carrots, 1/2 an avocado, 1 tbsp of my favorite ranch mixed in.
Chopped up grilled chicken breast
A handful of Grapes and strawberries on the side
Dinner will be Chicken Burrito Bowl:
Shredded Chicken
Brown Rice
Black Beans
Corn
Salsa
Topped with a little Cheddar Jack Cheese
If I get hungry, I’ll find something light to snack on or have another protein shake.
