There comes a point in every person’s life when you feel like just giving up. You have tried so hard to make things happen the way you want them to and for some reason there are so many obstacles in your path that just make life difficult. It happens to the best of us.

The common themes among those who do great things in this world is…when the road gets tough they keep pushing. It takes strength and courage to continue on a journey that seems impossible to get to the end. Just when you feel like giving up, drive on.

I have experienced this ten times over in my lifetime. I have been through so many things that have made me want to give up, curl in a ball and stay there forever. Emotions are high, anxiety sets in and you think you just can’t endure it anymore. It is not a fun place to be, but the one thing that has set me apart from my curled up self is that I never give up. I am stubborn to the core. I know in my heart things will work out, but the course is full of things to overcome. I see the light at the end of the long, winding tunnel.

Just know there is always a solution to everything. Sometimes looking beyond your circle is what it takes to make things happen, however that is the hard part.

As an entrepreneur, networking is key. Getting to know people who are like-minded, and maybe even a little smarter than you, can get you to that next step, bring you the next deal/project that will catapult you to the new wave coming into your life. Be the networking junkie. Take that next appointment and meet someone new. They may just be that person to help you with the solution you need to get over the obstacle that is directly in front of you.

They say life is what you make it. That is true, but you need a little help from people.

Just keep pushing.Stay strong and drive on!
